RULES OF
ENGAGEMENT.

ADVLST provides "Done-For-You" digital infrastructure. We are not employees; we are contractors. The scope of work is strictly defined in the invoice/contract agreed upon before deployment.

100% of the setup fee is due upfront to initiate the build. Recurring fees (for AI maintenance or Lead Gen management) are billed on the 1st of every cycle. Failure to pay pauses all operational nodes immediately.

You agree to provide necessary assets (logos, login credentials, domain access) within 48 hours of onboarding. Delays in asset provision will result in deployment delays.

Upon full payment, the "Assets" (Website code, Lead Lists, PDFs) become your property. However, the proprietary "ADVLST Systems" (our internal AI logic, automation scripts) remain our IP licensed to you for use.
