REFUND
MECHANISM.

If you cancel the project before the onboarding call or before any work has commenced (within 24 hours of payment), you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Once the "Build Phase" has started (Design approved, Code written, AI training started), no refunds are issued. We allocate server resources and engineering hours immediately.

If our system fails to deploy or does not function as per the Scope of Work due to technical failure on our end, we will fix it at no cost. If we cannot fix it within 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued for that specific module.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication will result in an immediate blacklist from all ADVLST services and a submission of evidence to the dispute resolution network (See MDRS).
