We collect only operational data required for deployment: Name, Email, Corporate Credentials, and Payment Details via Stripe. We do not sell your data. We are not data brokers; we are infrastructure architects.

All client communications and database entries are encrypted using AES-256 standards. Our AI agents process data in ephemeral states where possible to ensure zero-retention of sensitive customer PII unless explicitly configured for CRM storage.

We utilize APIs from OpenAI, Vapi, and Clay. While data flows through these pipes, strict DPA (Data Processing Agreements) are in place to prevent model training on your proprietary business logic.

ADVLST operates under the jurisdiction of India. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any request for data deletion will be executed within 48 hours of receipt.
